This site is a class project for Norfolk State University’s History 380: U.S. Military History, with Dr. Stephanie Richmond.  Beginning in Fall 2016, students in this course will be posting historical narratives, biographies, photographs and other information about life in Norfolk, VA during World War I and the experiences of Norfolk’s servicemen and civilian workers during the war.
